The site is located along London Road, which leads directly into Edinburgh city centre one mile to the west. 65 London Road is ideally located along Lothian Bus Route 45 which connects all four of Edinburgh’s universities allowing for quick and direct public transportation.
The scheme is located immediately adjacent to the Meadowbank Masterplan regeneration.
