ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounting/ Budgeting
– Preparation of periodic management accounts for QIP’s managed Funds/ SPVs with assistance from the Fund Administrator to ensure timely delivery of the reporting pack.
– Preparation of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation, reconciliation and associated routine regulatory / management reporting.
– Handle day-to-day fund operations such as preparing invoices and payments.
– Provide assistance on annual financial audit and other statutory reporting in order to ensure accurate and timely delivery of audited financial statements to the investors.
– Assist in handling ad-hoc requests and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
– Tracking of internal Fund and project level cost budgets on a periodic basis.
Compliance
– Responsible for drawdown of the Fund’s credit facility and managing the compliance with information undertakings.
– Managing and monitoring compliance with loan covenants of property holding companies includes preparation of a forecast of financial covenants and reporting to lenders.
Taxation
– Reviewing corporate tax reporting with the appointed onshore tax agent and adherence to filing deadlines.
– Assistance in the preparation of periodic VAT/ GST returns and any other statutory tax reporting required.
REQUIREMENTS
– A Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
– At least 1-2 years of relevant experience working in fund accounting, preferably within private equity or real estate.
– Deadline-oriented with the ability to complete assigned tasks independently, with minimal supervision.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel skills, is a must.
